when life gives you scraps

If you sew you have scraps.

Some keep them all organised in colour
or size and sometimes range.

Some sort them and iron them.

Some make beautiful strippy quilts from them.

Me?

I just tied thousands onto a coat hanger
and bent it into the shape of a heart.

I'm crazy like that.

I have a Christmas wreath I made years ago like that. And recently I made a heart from scraps of tshirt yarn for a friend's bedroom. Nice!

Wonderful, I love the colour mix. And recycling is always a good idea! :)

Visiting from Karen's party -- your little heart rag wreath is just adorable! I think that's a perfect way to use up scraps!
