my creative space

This was a makeover I mentioned a while back .
I scored two of these stands with cubby holes and wanted
to paint them and use them to store fabric in The Craftroom.
You'd think they would have been painted ages ago
especially as I am married to a painter but
my whining fell on deaf ears and I had to paint
them myself which is why it has taken so long .
They aren't really finished , just blog finished .
I couldn't resist filling the spaces with fabric
and craft stuff and I think they have all settled
in so nicely it would really be a shame
to pull it all out and disturb them .
So I'm going to say one is finished now .

It looks beautiful. How could you disturb those lovely fabrics when they are nestled and look so cosy!

Wow, I think it looks fantastic, Clare. I'm so jealous....wish I could get my hands on some of those! That's a great way to store fabrics and supplies.

Looks great...and I sympathise with the whining and then doing it yourself. I've learnt now if I ask once and he wont do it I just do it myself or 'guilt' him into it when I make it look difficult and say well I did ask you ;)
Then he'll 'do it properly' for me haha

OMG....I think I've died and gone to heaven Clare.

This is exactly what I would want in my sewing room to show off all the lovely fabrics I continue to accumulate.

How pretty do all the fabrics look displayed like that!
