Tuesdays Treasures

I consider my scrapbooks treasures .
I have only done a few and really must do some more .
If ever there was a fire I would be grabbing these .
The kids school photos need to be done as
the plan was to do a page for each year so
when they are older their whole school life is in one album .
I have done pre school and play group pages but no school ones .
10 and 8 years of school means a lot of photos .
Maybe I should get a move on doing them
before they finish school .

Can't wait to see your treasures !

Hi Clare,
I'd have to agree, this would be one thing I would grab in a fire as well.
Lurve the "Tuesday Treasures" posts!
Hugs,
Anna

What a wonderful memento. Photos and other little reminders can be added. Yes, definitely qualify as treasures.

Oh yes I agree too Clare... lovely to see your progress so far... do them bit by bit :D
Wonderful memeories and they'd be my first 'grab' too.

I'm racking my brain today, but no treasures (that I can take pics of) are coming to mind, so I think I'll enjoy reading everyone else's today.

I am sewing in town today though..that's exciting!! :-)

Photos are definite treasures. I'm not a scrapbooker, but I'd definitely take my photo albums in case of a fire.

Loving the Tuesday Treasures :-)

I've only been scrapbooking a couple of years and my 2 older children are 22 and just turning 21 so I have some catching up to do also! Maybe you could finish them before you have grandchildren? :P

Hi Clare, I had planned to do that very thing but I only have boxes of photos. I hope you can achieve your goal. School photos are a real treasure.

I think we all have photos lying around Claire that we are going to get round to doing something with 'one day', so don't feel bad!

At least you got started which is better than me. I have boxes and boxes of unsorted photos and now it is just too daunting to tackle.
Your photos definitely are treasures. Thanks once again for Tuesday Treasures - so much fun.

They look wonderful. I have too many digital photo's, so I am making some photo books up.

They'll be great once done, for your kids to have all their school years right in one place!! Scrapbooks and photo albums really are wonderful treasures, especially when the SB is made by someone you love... Thanks Clare!!!

Scrapbooks are indeed treasures - I have everything of my son's, who is now 23, in a large tin!!

I agree Clare... my albums and photos are the first thing I would grab if there was a fire too. There's a lot of work in scrapbooking, but keep it up.. they are precious.

Great treasures Clare , although I am not into scrapbooking I can certainly see merit in making them, our son and his family gave us one last year that followed his new career in the RCMP and it is awesome.

OK, I've finally done a Tuesday Treasure!! I had to start a new blog for it too! But that's OK, it will be fun. I'll just link it all together someday....I should be doing exercise, or homework, or housework, or ads. Thanks, Clare for having Tuesdays Treasures. I'm still getting use to this blogging. :) Have a great day. Give Toby a hug for me :)

Pictures are such a treasure, aren't they? I inherited all my grandmother's pictures (six big bankers boxes full of albums and loose pictures) and hope someday to get them on disc so that I have something I CAN grab in case of a fire!

I'm ashamed to admit it but I still haven't made photo albums for the twins. I would grab the computer and then I would at least have the pics on it! Lisa x
