Berta Ruck knows who the winner is !

Berta doesn't really know who the winner is , sorry about that ...... It's just that I found this book at the Vinnies with a great title , fantastic cover and then I read the authors name , Berta Ruck!

Do you think that's really funny or is it just me ?

I do have a winner for my "Flutterby" stitchery pattern though .

You won't believe this I've just looked inside the book and Berta Ruck dedicated this book to her sister , guess what her name is , Hester Agnes Onions !

I should probably tell you who is the winner of my giveaway.... the winner is Joy from Joypatch . I am just so glad she doesn't have an unusual name . Joy if you could please email me your address I will have your pattern fluttering off to you .

Thanks to all who entered your feedback is appreciated .

If you would like to buy a copy of my "Flutterby" pattern contact me by email .

If you would like your craft store to stock my patterns wholesale enquiries are welcome .

I'm off now to see how else Berta Ruck can amuse me .

Congrats to Joy. Yes you put a smile on my face this morning. ALL those weird names. Someone's making them up aren't they?
I remember Trixi Beldon books we had years ago. I always liked Trixi Beldon, sounds weird now.

I was just imagining myself after a wee drinkie trying to get Berta Rucks name right and then you hit me with Hester Agnes Onions - were these people for real? Way too funny Clare. I'm laughing right along with you.
Congrats to Joy.

Well done Joy. Great names. They've got to be real, who could make them up?? Loved the Trixie Beldon books too. You've gotta be a nice person when you name is Trixie!

Hi Clare, I think poor Hester drew the short straw. Is the book any good? The couple on the front look very serious. What is on the picture they are looking at? Kate x
