my creative space


I posted a tutorial the other day here
for shabby Easter coasters
and still had bits of quilted fabric left over .

I used the scraps from the coasters and cut
them into little egg shapes .
I stitched on some pretty buttons and
 then attached brooch backs .
They were then pinned to scrapbooking cardboard .
Now I have some pretty little gifts
for a few special little girls this Easter .


Lots more creative spaces here .

  14. Love these little egg brooches, so cute and original. I am still thinking about the rainy day fabric you sent, I recently began to use a sewing machine so I'm feeling open to a host of new possibilities. I'll keep you posted.
