At my house

At my house today it is quiet .
My son left yesterday for a 15 day school trip
to the outback .
I have the day off today so I am going to
clean his room from top to bottom .
I might even find his football .
I think it's fairly normal at 5.30 am
as you're leaving for the trip of a lifetime
to climb up on sheds looking for your football .

Well it's a pretty normal thing to do at my house .
See houses more normal than mine at Lou Lous .

  1. That's the sort of thing my boys would do too! Never thought of us as normal before that could take some getting used too, Lol.

  4. It sounds pretty normal for a boy. lol. I have intentions of spring cleaning my 16 year olds this week too. Very depressing as we have been having mould problems this winter but I don't want to end up bleaching the carpet. Cherrie

You will have a much quieter house for a while. I hope you get to make the most of it and not miss him too much.

Thanks for giving us a peek into your house. Lovely to visit. Lou.

  18. I know he'll have an awesome trip. Awesome things come from the Northern Territory, like my 4 children!! Beautiful morning in Gundagai - are you going to the Snake Gully Cup?? I'll be in town but i'm banished from going, my husband wants to have fun (his words) so i'll hang with the children. Love Posie
