I've had sick kids for most of the week so haven't gotten a lot of crafting done . It was a good chance to catch up with paperwork and a little designing . I did manage a bit of crocheting for my daughters blanket , she's 11 now so it should be a lovely 21st present !

Oh I understand completely!!! Clare I started my first quilt when my oldest daughter was just 17, it was meant to be for her 18th birthday ..... she got it on her 22nd birthday!!! My intentions were good LOL.

ReplyDeleteIt's never fun to have sick kids. Hope they are better. I have an afghan I started for my daughter when she was around 15. She's in her 30's now. LOL I don't think it will ever get done.

ReplyDeletePretty crocheted squares- I love pink and purple together- I also love buttons too- I have some of my grandmothers and a big tin of my own _ I used to make clothing and actually sew on buttons LOL- Now I just make quilts and play with buttons.
